Join Winemaker Matthew Meyer and his wife Elena Barber aboard the AmaVida, an AmaWaterways river boat, and coast down the stunning Douro River in Portugal on 2 – 9 April, 2024. The Alto Douro Wine Region was granted UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2001 and for good reason. This is a stunning landscape filled with magnificent wines and endless views of terraced slopes. The AmaVida is also one of the smaller vessels in the Ama fleet, with just 51 state rooms, making this even more intimate and special.
