The Williamsburg Winery is proud to offer a dynamic opportunity through the DoD SkillBridge Internship Program. We are seeking 2–5 highly motivated participants interested in building practical experience in marketing, sales, social media content creation, brand storytelling, and customer engagement within a premium winery and hospitality environment.
This internship emphasizes the business and commercial lifecycle of wine—from brand positioning and digital marketing through trade sales, wine club growth, and event-driven revenue—while providing foundational exposure to viticulture and enology as contextual knowledge rather than primary duties.

- How production decisions impact branding, pricing, and sales
This exposure is designed to inform marketing and sales effectiveness, not to train participants as production specialists.
Training and Learning Environment
